This information will be stored securely, either electronically with password protection, or in locked draws or cabinets. This information will NOT be disclosed to anyone else without your consent, except as required by law.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong>Membership Database<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your name, contact details and other information which you have provided will be entered into our membership database which is stored electronically and accessible only by authorised users. Your contact details will be removed from our membership database upon notification to us that you are no longer a member of the OR. You can ask for all or any of your details to be removed (or amended) at any time.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Legal basis for processing your data<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong>OR<\/strong><strong> Members and those who are in contact with the <\/strong><strong>OR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are collecting this information to enable the OR to manage our membership and to keep a record of communications, enquiries, etc. and keep in touch with you as appropriate. Data Protection legislation allows us to process this information as we regard it as being in the OR\u2019s legitimate interest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Sharing Data<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will not share your data with third parties. Should the need arise, for example booking of tickets or hotel rooms for an OR event, this will only be done with your explicit agreement.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Your rights under GDPR<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Under Data Protection legislation, you have the right to request access to information about you that we hold.<\/p>\n<p>You also have the right to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>object to processing of personal data that is likely to cause, or is causing, damage or distress<\/li>\n<li>prevent processing for the purpose of direct marketing<\/li>\n<li>object to decisions being taken by automated means<\/li>\n<li>in certain circumstances, have inaccurate personal data rectified, blocked, erased or destroyed; and<\/li>\n<li>claim compensation for damages caused by a breach of the Data Protection regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To make a request for your personal information, or for any queries relating to how your information is used and your rights to access information, please email dataprotection@odinic-rite.org<\/p>\n<p>If you have a concern about the way we are collecting or using your personal data, you should raise your concern with us in the first instance or directly to the Information Commissioner\u2019s Office at <a href=\"https:\/\/ico.org.uk\/concerns\">https:\/\/ico.org.uk\/concerns<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Changes to this Privacy Notice<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We review our Data Protection Policy annually.
